A2P Messaging Compliance

Junk Holler, LLC complies with all applicable A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier-specific requirements for 2026 and beyond.

Consent Requirements

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our forms, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from Junk Holler, LLC at the number provided. Your consent is specific to the message types you select:

• Transactional Messages: Non-promotional messages including account alerts, reminders, notifications, transaction updates, appointment confirmations, and service-related communications
